Licensing Policy
What you may do with the sheets: at home, in a classroom, and where the line is.
Short version: print as many as you like, use them with children, and do not resell them as a product. The detail is below.
You may
- Print any sheet, as many copies as you want, for your family, your class, your library, your waiting room, your summer camp or your community group.
- Hand the printed sheets out for free to children, students, patients or guests.
- Include a printed sheet in a free activity pack you give away, as long as the footer credit stays on the page.
- Link to any page on this site from anywhere, including a school newsletter or a resource list. No permission needed and no attribution required for a link.
- Use anything the Maze Maker generates under exactly these same terms.
You may not
- Sell the sheets, or sell a book, pack or bundle that consists of them.
- Upload the PDFs to another site, a file host, a marketplace or a teacher resource platform. Link to the page here instead, which stays up to date and never rots.
- Remove or cover the footer credit on a sheet you redistribute.
- Claim the sheets as your own work, or register them as your own design.
Why the no reselling rule exists
Not to be difficult. These sheets are free because a parent should not have to pay for a maze, and the only thing that keeps them free is that nobody can take them, print them and sell them back. If that changes, the free version is what disappears.
Commercial use
If you want to use a sheet in something you are paid for, a printed magazine, a paid workbook, a product, ask first on the Contact page. The answer is often yes and it costs nothing, but it needs to be asked.
